Position Details
- Position Title: Postdoctoral Fellow
- Number of Posts: 1 (No age limit)
Qualification & Experience
- PhD in chemistry.
- Hands-on expertise and direct instrument operation & handling for mass spectrometry-based analysis for metabolomics, metabolic flux, and quantitative proteomics.
- Expertise with Analyst, Multiquant, or Skyline; familiarity with AB Sciex Q-TOF and Q-TRAP/triple quadrupole mass spectrometer systems.
- Building/using genome-scale metabolic models, including flux-constrained models.
- Expertise in working with yeast model systems, including long-term adaptive evolution for metabolic selection.
- Computational skills, including basic programming capabilities and working with R.
Tenure:
- Contractual appointment for 11 months, renewable based on requirement and review of progress and requirement of the Grant.
