Role Description:
Asian Paints Career opportunities are open for the role of Production Executive at the Cuddalore manufacturing facility. This Chemical Engineering Job involves handling shift operations, monitoring production processes, maintaining SOP compliance, and ensuring quality and EHS
standards in chemical plant operations. Candidates should possess experience in continuous process chemical or petrochemical industries along with troubleshooting skills, production coordination abilities, and operational management expertise. The role offers valuable exposure to chemical manufacturing systems and industrial production environments.Primary Responsibilities
- To monitor the Production processes as per the Standard Operating Procedure.
- In the Process of Production, all Safety and Environment norms need to be strictly adhered.
- To ensure production of the required quantity of each product as per the specification given by the Planning team.
- Any operational Issues need to be coordinated with the maintenance team and should be resolved by following all safety protocols, such as the permit system.
- Should have basic troubleshooting skills for correcting any process deviations during the shift to ensure the required quality & quantity of the Product.
- Responsible for all the manufacturing facilities in the plant during the shift operations.
- Meeting the Monthly Production Targets without compromising the SOPS, Quality & EHS norms.
- Achieving the targeted RM efficiencies.

Requirements
- Qualifications Essential: Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering
- Previous Experience Essential: Should have at least 3-4 years of Industrial experience in production in continuous process chemical/petrochemical industries.
