, maintaining cGMP compliance, handling API manufacturing processes, preparing SOPs, and supporting pharmaceutical production operations.Selected candidates will monitor manufacturing activities, maintain production logs, verify cleaning procedures, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Candidates with knowledge of chemical engineering concepts, API processes, and production machinery handling will have an advantage in this pharmaceutical production role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute production batches as per plan.
- Preparation of SOP’s.
- To maintain the yield of products within specified limits at various stages of process activities.
- Online verification of cleaning area/equipment and completion of Logs.
- Online monitoring of environmental conditions and completion of Logs.
- To comply with the cGMP standard during the entire process activity.
- Manufacturing of products as per cGMP.
- Online completion of batch process records.
- To maintain the process facility as per the regulatory norms.
Experience/Qualification:
- M.Sc/ B.Sc/ B.Tech/ Diploma (Chemistry/Chemical) with 2-6 years of relevant industry experience.
Key Competencies (Technical, Functional & Behavioral):
- Sound knowledge of theoretical aspects of Chemical Engineering
- Basic knowledge of the API process and handling production machinery in manufacturing.
- Good interpersonal Skills
