Eligibility:
- M.Sc/ B.Sc (Chemistry) — pursuing or completed
- ITI (Mechanical / Electrical / Fitter / Chemical)
- Age: 18 – 26 years
- Freshers / no prior work experience
Departments: AR&D | QA | QC
Stipend & Benefits:
- M.Sc: ₹18,000 per month
- B.Sc: ₹16,000 per month
- ITI: ₹13,000 per month
- Additional Benefits: Free transport & meals
