Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Responsibilities
- Maintain document/record for trials conducted.
- Participation in the meetings & provide inputs as & when required by Deptartment head.
Operational Responsibilities
- RM Arrangement from store
- Calculations for execution of experiment
- Conducting trials as per supervisor instruction and maintaining its record/observation
- Provide backup calculation & data for Experiments
- Equipment handling and maintenance
People Responsibilities
- To attend training programs for safety, equipment/instrument handling
- Coordination with kilo lab / pilot plant/ R&D / QC for day to day activity
- Ensure smooth working of the department to maintain high morale of the workforce
Education Qualification
- M.Sc Chemistry (Preferred – Agrochemical and Pesticides)
Work Experience
- 0 – 3 years
Functional Competencies
- Knowledge of the major formulation types used in agrochemicals (EC, SC, OD, SL, WDG, WP) etc.
- Research Approach
- Conducting trials in the kilo/pilot plant.
- Broad knowledge of experimental chemical techniques with background knowledge of formulation development within the crop protection industry
