Job Role:
- The scope of responsibility lies within Chemistry PMOps Business Support.
- Specialist supports Operational Product Managers, Franchise Product Managers, and Project Managers in the execution of tasks related to New Product Introduction by collaborating with Cross-functional teams using various systems for the Chemistry Business.
- New Product Introduction activities through NPDI, SAP & Web Data Maintenance using various tools.
- Supports Product Life Cycle Management as per the team’s requirements.
- Review NPDI completeness, Master data completeness, and correctness.
- Support master data management, including data review, data cleansing, data enrichment, and data consistency checks.
- Review PIM data compilation and data cleansing. Troubleshot Web PDP data.
- Support all relevant steps with the NPI workflow based on site requirements.
- Meeting the SLA and TAT as per the agreed guidelines with the Stakeholders.
- Accountable for meeting and maintaining defined standards for quality and productivity.
- Ensure that internal customers’ requirements are met on a timely basis.
- Support the team with Efficiency gains through various Process improvement projects.
- This position has no supervisory responsibility nor requires any Business Travel.
Requirements
- Education: Postgraduate in Life Sciences (Chemistry/Biochemistry) from a reputed University.
- Experience: 2-3 Years in the Scientific Industry
Technical Skills / Competencies:
- Scientific Knowledge – In Depth Proficiency and functional command expected over the Life Science subject.
- Understanding of the roles and responsibilities of Business Operations.
- In-depth proficiency with the internet and e-mail.
- Very Good skills in Office 365 tools (Excel, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint) and ability to set up complex database queries.
