Job Overview
The Sika Production Supervisor Job 2026 at the Mangalore factory focuses on managing production activities in admixture, mortar, and resin plants. This Chemical Engineering Job includes responsibilities similar to Production Operator roles, such as raw material handling, batch monitoring, and ensuring safety compliance. processes and quality control systems.Duties and Responsibilities
- To carry out day-to-day production activities for producing admixtures, resin, and Powder Products.
- To carry out production activity in shifts (1st & 2nd Shift)
- To maintain good standards of safety and ensure product quality, shop floor housekeeping and discipline at the plant.
- To ensure the correct charging of Raw Materials to the Mixer / Blenders as per the process order.
- To ensure cleaning of filters on the product line and cleaning of blenders as and when required.
- To ensure the unloading / Loading of Raw material/ Finished goods into the tank/tanker.
- To cross-check printed labels to paste in the finished Goods.
- To support EHS by reporting Near misses / Hazard Hunts regularly to improve safety standards.
- To strictly follow the systems and procedure as per ISO 9001 and 14001
Main Tasks
- Raw material charging.
- Collecting a sample for QC testing.
- Monitoring batch production and communicating with the Production supervisor.
- Working collaboratively with others to achieve the production plan.
Qualifications/Experience
- Education: Diploma or any Degree, preferably with work experience in the Chemical or any other similar industries.
- Work Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in Manufacturing.
