Applications are invited for a Junior Research Fellow (JRF) position in the Department of Chemical Engineering at BITS Pilani, K.K. Birla Goa Campus, for an ANRF-ARG-funded project (ANRF/ARG/2025/000264/ENS) as per the details given below:
- Position: Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
- Title of the Project: Turning Emissions into Materials: Direct Electrochemical Conversion of CO₂ to Carbon Nanofibers
- Principal Investigator (PI): Prof. Richa Singhal
- Broad Area of Research: Electrochemistry and Functional Nanomaterials
- Sponsor: Anusandhan National Research Foundation (ANRF)
- Qualifications: M.Sc Degree in Chemistry/Physics; BE/B.Tech./ME/MTech in Chemical Engineering or equivalent degree, from a reputed university/institute with first class or equivalent grade.
Emoluments:
- Rs. 37,000/- per month + HRA (as applicable) for CSIR-UGC NET/GATE qualified candidates
- Rs. 30,000/- per month + HRA (as applicable) for non-CSIR-UGC NET/GATE qualified candidates
Duration: 1 year (extendable to an additional two years, subject to performance)
