- Job Post:Â Product Development Advisor
- Location: Bengaluru, KA, IN
Responsibilities
- Lead execution of AddCo-leveraged product development and deployment projects (MG/MGP)
- Align with PLM on project objectives and deliverables (leveraging PPM)
- Execute the TDM process to deliver new MG/MGP products
- Work with PLM and Procurement (e.g., issuing RFI/RFQ) to identify the best offer from a cost and supply perspective
- Main interface with additive companies for MG/MGP products
- Collaborate with AddCo and OEM Technology Advisor / OEM Technology Specialist to obtain product claims, support Marketing for product launch
- Execute product deployment-related activities for MG/MGP products, including coordinating MFRs, PMoCs, and ECRs with Midstream
- Develop new MG/MGP products
- Effective communication with additive companies and 3PPP suppliers
- Define projects with PLM
- Annually agreed project Objectives & Deliverables (O&Ds), work goals
Skills and Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or above in Chemistry/Allied subjects from a recognized university with a CGPA score of 6 and above
- Minimum 3 years of relevant Industry work experience
- Good knowledge of technical tools
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Solution seeker – ability to critically evaluate different solutions to address the need
- Commercial intensity – ability to drive product to commercial success, not just commercialization
- Ability to manage risk
