Eligibility Criteria:
- The candidate should not have undergone Apprenticeship Training elsewhere.
- A candidate should not have work experience of one year or more.
- The candidate should have completed a Graduate course within five years of joining DEBEL, DRDO.
Stipend: Rs. 12,300/- per month
Application Procedure:
- Candidate must be enrolled on the BOAT’s web portal www.mhrdnats.gov.in and must be verified by the regional board.

Important Dates:
- Last Date of Application: 20th May 2026
- Tentative Date of Joining at DEBEL: 01st July 2026
Selection Procedure:
- Candidates will be selected strictly on a merit basis (percentage of graduation degree) and interview/interaction, if required.
- A board constituted by the Director DEBEL will shortlist candidates as per the vacancies. Only selected candidates will be notified about the joining procedures.
Terms & Conditions for Selection of Apprentices:
- Enrollment on the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal is mandatory.
- Only pass-out candidates who completed their graduation degree in 2022 or later are eligible.
- Only candidates who completed their qualifying degree as regular candidates are eligible.
- Duration of apprenticeship: 1 year.
- No TA & DA admissible for joining. Candidates must arrange their stay & transport in Bangalore.
- The offer of an Apprenticeship does not confer any right of employment in DRDO.
- The number of vacancies is tentative and may change.
- INCOMPLETE/ PARTIALLY FILLED APPLICATIONS WILL BE REJECTED.
