- Perform incoming and outgoing material inspections for all materials at Hach facility.
- Verify materials against Purchase Orders, BOM, P&ID, GA drawings, and technical specifications.
- Conduct outgoing/final inspection of analyzer panels and sampling systems.
- Conduct Site Surveys prior to bidding.
- Support Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and customer inspections.
- Maintain quality documentation including MTC, inspection reports, and calibration certificates.
- Identify non-conformance and coordinate corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with IMS including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Chemical).
- 2-5 years of experience with proven service revenue growth responsibility.
Skills Required:
- Ability to read and verify engineering drawings and perform inspection.
- Experience in quality documentation control and knowledge of IMS.
- Willingness to relocate across India and travel.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work across cultures and business teams.
- Expertise in MS office. Exposure to Copilot AI tools is an advantage.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and problem-solving skills.
