- Conduct laboratory testing of polymer products using ASTM, ISO, and ExxonMobil in-house methods.

- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure consistent and accurate performance.
- Collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams to support product development and application work.
- Ensure compliance with ExxonMobil’s safety, controls, and quality standards during all lab operations.

Requirements
Skills and Qualifications.
- Education: Bachelor’s / master’s degree in Rubber/Polymer/Plastic Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering with CGPA: 6.5 or equivalent academic performance.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Research, Operations, Production, Technical services, Tribology, and Product or application development.
Technical Knowledge:
- Understanding polymer science, materials engineering, and chemical processing.
- Exposure to laboratory testing, calibration, and equipment maintenance.
- Familiarity with ASTM and ISO standards.
