- Should have 2-4 years of experience in Synthetic Organic Chemistry / Medicinal Chemistry from the CRO Industry with an MSc background.
- Reaction set-up and perform synthesis of target molecules.
- Sound knowledge in organic chemistry with troubleshooting capability.
- Performing fundamental literature and patent searches related to project activities and developing alternate strategies/routes.
- Sound knowledge of isolation, separation, purification techniques, and structural elucidation.
- Good knowledge of laboratory safety and be a strong promoter of SHE activities in the lab.
