Job Overview
This position will be responsible for cleaning
and preservation of the mixer, packaging line, pot preparation, and other accessories. Raw material preparation for manufacturing batches under supervision by following safety standards.Duties and Responsibilities:
- Cleaning & preservation of mixer, pot & small parts.
- Cleaning of the packaging line and preparation of the packaging line for the packaging of FG under supervision.
- Following all the safety and health procedures laid down as well as disposal norms to protect the environment as per the EHS guidelines.
- Ensure effective housekeeping of the shop floor and equipment following 5S standards.
- Preparation of the packaging line for the packaging of FG.
- Should have knowledge of HMI for operating the automated line.
- Bulk batch manufacturing by following the WI & SOPs.
- Packaging of bulk batch by following WI & SOP’s.
- Preparation of the pot for batch manufacturing & packaging and its movement to interstations.
- Good experience in chemical handling & knowledge of PPE.
- Performing autonomous maintenance and reporting to the supervisor for any abnormalities.
- Preparation of RM & PM for batch manufacturing following safety standards and best practices.
- To strictly follow the systems and procedures as per IATF 16969, ISO 9001 / 14001/45001.
- Experience in batch processing will be preferred.
- Must be willing to work in rotational shifts.
- Ensure sufficient availability of RM and PM as per the plan on the shop floor.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Graduate, B.Sc/ M.Sc / Diploma in any stream.
- 3-5 years of experience in a chemical manufacturing plant.
Competencies:
- Experience in handling chemical powder & solvents in a sealant or adhesive plant.
- Experience in handling equipment like BOPT and HOPT.
- Punctual and obedient.
- Good organizing skills to reduce delays between processes.
- Good learning skills and adaptable to process needs.
