Hiring | Analytical R&D & Process R&D Chemist

Key Responsibilities
Analytical R&D (AR&D)
- Develop, validate & optimize methods (HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR, KF)
- Perform method validation, verification & transfers
- Conduct impurity profiling, stability studies & troubleshooting
- Prepare analytical reports & regulatory documentation (ICH / USP / EP)
Process R&D
- Support process development trials & scale-up activities
- Perform reaction monitoring & in-process analysis
- Assist in technology transfer (R&D → Production)
- Collaborate with Production, QA & EHS teams
- Troubleshoot issues impacting yield, quality & efficiency
Desired Profile
- 1–5 years in API / Pharma / Specialty Chemicals (R&D / AR&D)
- Strong hands-on experience with HPLC, GC & analytical techniques
- Understanding of process chemistry / scale-up is an advantage
- Bengaluru-based candidates or immediate relocation preferred
