Project Description:
The project, sponsored by the Anusandhan National Research Foundation (ANRF), Govt. of India, focuses on “Enhancing the Efficiency of PCET Driven Electro-Organic Synthesis through a Combined Physical and Computational Chemistry Approach.” It involves electro-organic synthesis with a focus on kinetics employing Proton-Coupled Electron Transfer (PCET). Understanding will involve computational Density Functional Theory (DFT) calculations, also.
Duration: Initially for 1 year (Extendable upon satisfactory performance)
Last Date for Applications: 15th April, 2026
Essential Qualifications:
- M.Sc. in Chemistry or related field
- At least one national-level qualification (UGC-JRF/CSIR-JRF/NET-LS/valid GATE score, etc.)
- Final year M.Sc students can apply and have to provide a provisional certificate of degree completion at the time of joining.
Age: Candidates should preferably be below 28 years of age.
Salary: Rs. 37,000 + 20% HRA (Per month).
