- Job Post: Trainee – Quality Control
- Location: Hyderabad
- Experience: 0-1 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Perform sampling of RM, intermediates, solvents, and FG as per SOP
- Ensure proper labeling, handling, and contamination control
- Wet Chemistry Analysis
- Conduct titrations (KF, acid-base), pH, LOD, and basic tests
- Prepare reagents/solutions and perform accurate calculations
- Assist in GC sample preparation and solvent analysis
- Support basic GC operation and data recording
- Maintain logbooks and records as per GMP/GLP
- Follow SOPs and ALCOA+ data integrity practices
- Maintain housekeeping and proper PPE usage
- Support routine QC activities and lab maintenance
Desired Profile:
- M.Sc (Chemistry) – Freshers or up to 1 year of experience
- Basic understanding of analytical techniques and lab practices
- Good documentation and observation skills
- Willingness to work in shift operations
