Indian Candidates:

  • Reservations [EWS/SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/DAP] shall apply as per Government of India (GoI) norms.
  • Students who are in the final year of their programme (likely to finish by July 27, 2026) may also apply for provisional admission.
  • Financial support (Institute Assistantship/Scholarship) will be provided to non-sponsored PhD, MTech and MS (By Research), M.Des students.

Withdrawn from the Programme:

  • The last date to withdraw from the offered programme after payment of fees with a deduction of ₹2500/- is July 15, 2026.
  • Withdrawal requests after this date will incur a deduction of 25% of the total fees paid.
  • Withdrawal after reporting to the Institute requires a formal application addressed to the SPGC and duly signed by the DPGC and Supervisor (if assigned).
  • Refunds will be processed as per DOSA norms and begin after August 24, 2026.
  • Withdrawal requests must be submitted through the link: Withdrawal Request Form

Documents Required for Withdrawal Request

  • Signed application for withdrawal, including details like Application Number, Department, Programme, and Amount Paid.
  • Fee payment receipt.
  • Bank details (Name, Branch, IFSC Code, Account Number, Address).
  • Photocopy of the front page of the passbook.

How To Apply

  • The online application portal will be available from March 19, 2026, 02:00 PM to April 13, 2026, 02:00 PM. Visit the “Important Links” page to access it.
  • MTech / M Des / MS (By Research) / PhD / Programme: Register and submit applications through the “apply online” page.
  • The application fee is Rs. 500 for General, EWS, OBC, and OBC-NCL candidates and Rs. 250 for SC/ST and all DAP candidates. The fee is waived for ‘Foreign National’ category candidates.
  • Application Fees are Non-Refundable.
  • A separate application form is required for each programme or department.
