We are inviting applications for the position of ANRF- Junior Research Fellow to work on the project titled “Ultrafast Transient Spectro-Electrochemistry of Redox-Active Organic Molecules and their
Radical Ions” in the School of Chemical and Materials Sciences at IIT Goa. This project is sponsored by the Anusandhan National Research Foundation.Nature of Work
The JRF will receive training in advanced spectroscopic techniques, along with the synthesis of redox-active molecules and ions. The work involves time-resolved spectroscopic investigations, computational calculations, electrochemistry, synthesis, and characterization.

Duration of Appointment: One year, extendable based on performance.
Eligibility
Essential Qualification:
● M.Sc. in Chemistry with First Division (as declared by the degree-awarding university) or a minimum CPI/CGPA of 6.5 on a 10-point scale or equivalent.
● Qualified CSIR-UGC-NET (LS) or have a valid GATE score.
Desirable: Specialisation in MSc: Physical Chemistry.
Salary: 37,000/- per month.
HRA: As per funding agency norms.
Medical Benefits: As per the Institute norms.
Leave Entitlements: As per the Institute norms.
