Position: Assistant Manager / Manager – Registration & Regulatory Affairs (Agrochemicals)

Job Overview

We are looking for a mid-level Registration & Regulatory Affairs professional with 2–6 years of experience in agrochemical registrations (domestic and export markets).

This role will be responsible for managing and handholding the end-to-end registration processes for agrochemical products across India and key global markets. The candidate will work closely with business, sourcing, manufacturing partners, and external consultants to ensure timely regulatory approvals and compliance.

This is a high-impact role that directly enables revenue growth by unlocking new product registrations and export market access.

Requirements:

  • B.Sc / M.Sc in Agriculture, Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or related field.
  • 2–6 years of hands-on experience in agrochemical regulatory affairs and product registrations.
  • Strong working knowledge of CIB&RC registration processes (India).
  • Experience in export registrations (LATAM, Africa, SEA, EU, or other geographies preferred).
  • Experience in dossier preparation, submission, technical equivalence, and compliance documentation.
  • Experience coordinating with testing laboratories, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
  • Understanding of pesticide formulation types and active ingredients.
  • Strong documentation, tracking, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end CIB&RC registration process for technicals and formulations.
  • Coordinate with consultants and testing labs for bio-efficacy, toxicity, packaging, and required studies.
  • Prepare, review, and submit regulatory dossiers and respond to authority queries.
  • Support product registrations in international markets and coordinate with overseas partners.
  • Maintain a structured repository of all regulatory documents and approvals.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and assess impact on product portfolio.
  • Work closely with business, sourcing, manufacturing, R&D, and QC teams.
