Sr. Chemist – Quality Control | 3–7 Years of Experience
Location:
Patidad, Gondal
Near Rajkot, Gujarat
Role & Responsibilities:
- Ensure consistent quality of raw materials, in-process, and finished cement through testing, analysis, and adherence to standard procedures.
- Supervise laboratory operations, including sampling, testing, calibration, standardization, and maintenance of lab equipment for accurate results.
- Perform quality data analysis, identify deviations, execute corrective actions, and support process optimization in coordination with production teams.
- Maintain records, manage lab inventory, ensure compliance with safety standards, and train team members for improved performance.
Qualification & Skills:
- B.Sc. (Chemistry) or Chemical Engineering with 3–7 years of experience in quality control within cement or process industries.
- Strong knowledge of cement chemistry, testing methods (chemical, physical, instrumental), calibration, and quality control processes.
- Good analytical, communication, and team management skills with proficiency in MS Office and data analysis.
