Position Overview
HCP Wellness Private Limited is hiring IPQA Executives for candidates looking for a Chemistry Freshers
Job or an MSc Chemistry Job in the quality assurance domain. This QA Job is suitable for B.Sc, M.Sc, or B. Pharmacy students and graduates who want to start or grow their careers in quality assurance within the cosmetics and personal care industry.As an IPQA Executive, you will ensure quality compliance, process monitoring, and regulatory adherence throughout the manufacturing and packaging stages. This Chemistry Freshers Job provides hands-on experience in in-process quality assurance and manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform in-process quality checks during manufacturing and packing operations
- Monitor critical control points, verify process parameters, and ensure batch-wise compliance
- Ensure Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and standard operating procedures (SOPs) are followed on the shop floor
- Handle line clearance activities and maintain proper documentation in line with regulatory standards
- Report deviations, non-conformities, and assist in root cause analysis
- Coordinate with production, R&D, and QA teams to maintain quality benchmarks
- Conduct sampling and assist in stability studies where required
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
Required Qualifications
Education
- B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related field
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
