- Develop and review process engineering deliverables including PFDs, P&IDs, heat and material balances, and process simulations
- Support Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) and Layers of Protection Analysis (LOPA) by providing detailed insights into process chemistry, conditions, and design intentions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment of process design with project goals and operational requirements
- Analyse historical operating data and monitor process performance to identify improvement opportunities
- Provide process engineering input for equipment selection, control strategies, and safety systems
- Participate in design reviews, HAZOPs, and commissioning activities
