Junior Research Fellow (JRF) – One Post
Applications are invited from Indian nationals for the post of “Junior Research Fellow (JRF)/Project Assistant” in a SERB-sponsored research project under IISER Bhopal.

Hexavalent Organoseleniums: Late Main Group Catalysts for the Activation
of Small Molecules and Asymmetric TransformationsDuration:
01 Year (with possibility of extension on satisfactory performance)

Essential Qualifications:
Master’s in Chemistry with a good academic record, with a valid GATE/NET qualified exam in Chemistry, or Master’s in Chemistry with a good academic record, with 2-3 years of research experience in organochalcogen chemistry/ asymmetric catalysis.
Research Experience:
Candidate having research experience in the synthesis of organochalcogen compounds, preparation of precursors for organochalcogens, and asymmetric catalysis.
Salary:
Rs. 37,000 p.m. + HRA (16%) for JRF under IISER Bhopal Vacancy.
