- Position: Post-Doctoral Research Fellow (ChE/Coal Beneficiation) under CLEANZ CoE
- Project Focus: Beneficiation of Low-Grade Coals with Techno-Economic Analysis
- Type of Position: The position is for eleven months, with an extension subject to performance through a review process.
- Fellowship: Consolidated pay Rs. 70,680 to Rs 85,000 per month (including HRA) based on post-doc experience
- Experience: Fresh Ph.D. (at least provisional degree certificate awarded), preferably with some post-doc experience
Eligibility
- Ph.D. with BE/BTech/Equivalent in Chemical Engg/Metallurgical Engg/Mining Engg or Ph.D. with MSc in Geology /Applied geology with relevant research/industrial experience related to clean coal technology research.
- Publication in Scopus-indexed journals will have an added advantage.
- The candidate should have a strong academic record throughout and strong writing/communication skills.
- Candidates should not have published in Predatory Journals.
Job Description
- To develop a definite research product/outcome with TRL 5/6 Level.
- Review of relevant literature and coordinate the work with the team.
- Experience in handling experimental and pilot-plant facilities.
- Report preparation, article writing, and lab management.
- Interaction with sponsored agencies, traveling for project execution (if needed), etc.
