- Job Title: Assistant QC/R&D
- Location: Khopoli, Maharashtra, India
- Experience: 1 to 2 years
- Education Qualification: BSc in Chemistry
- Industry: Construction chemicals manufacturing industry or relevant
- Objective of the Role: The primary objective of the role is to assist in QA/QC & NPD functions
Job Responsibility/KRA:
- KRA 1: Evaluation of raw materials, packing materials, finished products & trading materials
- KRA 2: Conducting Lab trials for NPD products & detailed testing with sample benchmarking
- KRA 3: Maintain documents according to the IMS and BIS requirements
- KRA 4: Adhere to safety norms while acting in Lab & factory premises
Competencies:
- Knowledge: Good knowledge of QA/QC & R&D functions, including testing & documentation
- Skill: Good knowledge of Excel, Word & PowerPoint
- Abilities: Good communication skills
