How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Deliver expert service and support for water treatment and filtration systems
- Monitor chemical usage and system performance to ensure optimal operation
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and treatment issues with a focus on cost-effective solutions
- Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs to maximize equipment uptime
- Maintain accurate service documentation and communicate clearly with customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve service delivery
Position Details:
- This position will be based in Bellary, Karnātaka, India
- The territory for this position covers a specified mile radius
- Targeted accounts are within specific division industries
- Up to a specified percentage of overnight travel

Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Position requires a current and valid Driver’s License with no restrictions
- Experience in a technical service role, ideally with water filtration systems or in industrial/mechanical environments
- No immigration sponsorship available
Physical Demands:
- Position requires working in confined spaces and extreme conditions (hot, cold, damp, dusty)
- Position requires lifting, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and standing for extended periods
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in chemistry, mechanical systems, or related field
- Hands-on plumbing experience and familiarity with industrial equipment
- Experience with boilers, cooling towers, and wastewater treatment systems
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pumping systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
