Job Description
- Structural and functional characterisation of proteins using LC-MS
- Expertise in Impurity characterization by LC-MS
- Data analysis and review for Bio similarity assessment
- Having a experience to advanced LC-MS applications and DQA SOPs.
- Planning of characterization experiments using LC-MS
- Drafting and/or review reports and presentations on experimental data and scientific outcomes for CMC / RA for dossier submission.
- Drafting of scientific study protocols and reports related to method development, method qualification, assessing bio similarity etc.
- Guiding and mentoring team members sample preparation, LC-MS workflows and data interpretation.
- Support cross-functional analysis such as charge variant and impurity characterization.
- Review the MS data and documentation of analysis performed and result reporting
- Method Development, Qualification report preparation
Work Experience
Should have minimum 3-6 years of experience.
Education
- Masters in Biotechnology or Biochemistry
- Post Graduation in Biopharmaceutics or Analytical Chemistry
