Job Overview
We are looking for a Cosmetic R&D Executive / Chemist to support new product development, formulation optimization, and regulatory-compliant innovation for skin care and oral care products. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about cosmetic science, ingredient innovation, and scalable manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize cosmetic & oral care formulations
- Conduct laboratory trials and stability testing
- Research new ingredients, actives, and formulation technologies
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards
- Prepare technical documentation and formulation records
- Support scale-up and production transfer activities
- Collaborate with QA, QC, and production teams
- Troubleshoot formulation and process-related issues
Required Skills

- Cosmetic formulation development (skin care/oral care)
- Ingredient research & compatibility testing
- Stability, performance, and shelf-life testing
- Knowledge of cosmetic regulatory guidelines (India preferred)
