Job Description
- Responsible to work as per cGMP and maintaining the compliance requirement
- Responsible for developing the method for Extractable and Leachable compounds.
- Responsible for performing method validation & verification on different techniques for E&L-related work.
- Responsible for performing extractable & leachable(s) study for different packaging materials by using different analytical techniques like GC/GC-MS, HPLC/LC-MS, ICP/ICP-MS, IR, UV, and other relevant techniques
- Responsible for performing identification, investigation, and troubleshooting tasks.
- Responsible for performing chemical analysis, such as Extraction, Refluxing, Residue on ignition, Centrifuging & Evaporation, etc.
- Responsible for preparing the study template, extractable & leachable(s) reports, analytical method validation & verification reports & protocols.
- Instrument knowledge like HPLC, UPLC, pH meter, Osmometer, Zeta Sizer, KF titrator, UV-spectrometer, Balance, etc.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint)
