About the Position:
Applications are invited from interested and motivated candidates for the post of Project Research Scientist-I (Non-Medical) on the research project sponsored by the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR). The position will be purely on a contractual basis as per the following details:

- Principal Investigator: Dr. Jagpreet Sidhu, Department of Pharmacy, BITS Pilani, Pilani Campus
- Project Tenure: 1 Year and extendable to 3 years
Project/Job Description:
- The selected candidate will undertake the synthesis and characterization of fluorescent molecular probes, including analytical and photophysical studies.
- He/She will perform in vitro and in vivo biological evaluations and coordinate with the clinical research team at AIIMS, New Delhi, for translational studies.
- The candidate will analyze data, maintain documentation, and contribute to publications in indexed journals, conferences, and patent filings.
Qualification: M.Pharm Pharmaceutical Chemistry/MSc Chemistry
Preferred Experience: Candidate having experience in organic synthesis, analytical instruments, and animal handling will be preferred.
Upper Age Limit: 35 Years
Fellowship/Stipend:
56,000 Per month + 10 % HRA (if applicable, as per rules)
Registration for PhD:
Selected candidate may be permitted to register for the PhD program of BITS Pilani subject to fulfilling the requirements of the PhD qualification process as per the institute norms.
