- Location: Fazilka, Punjab, India
Job Description:
- To follow the Safety & Quality norms as per the company Policy.
- To check and ensure the shift-wise quality of all UHT/Hot-fill products.
- To analyze various parameters of online production as per SOP.
- To ensure dispensing of RM’s & Ingredients as per batch card/recipe.
- To check and clear the batch for final processing and packing.
- To check & assure the process control parameters.
- To verify the cleanliness of the process equipment/Line clearance.
- To take swabs of the process equipment.
- To check and verify the CCP of the process.
- Responsible for taking an online sample of incubation, micro, and shelf life.
- Daily calibration and annual maintenance of lab equipment.
- To raise NC, note for NC products.
- Online RM, PM, and FG Testing.
- To carry out sensory evaluation & shelf-life analysis of products.
- To comply with the requirements of QMS.
- Investigation of Customer complaints.
- To raise Indent of Consumable Items – SRN, PRN, GRN.
- To maintain the External Lab testing tracker.
- Analysis of blown packets and event sample analysis.
- Preparation for External audits. FSSC 22000, requirements to be fulfilled & Preparation for FSSC audit.
- Preparation for Customer Audits.
- Any other specific assignment given by the TA/TL.
Requirements
- B.Sc (non-medical)/M.Sc Chemistry/B. Tech/ Diploma in Chemical Engineering
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Tetra Pak
- Ability to identify and resolve issues/opportunities
- Must have a proven track record of demonstrating technically
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated and a team player.
