Job Overview:
HCP Wellness is currently hiring for Chemistry Research and Development positions to support formulation development, analytical research, quality compliance, and manufacturing scale-up of cosmetic and personal care products. This role is suitable for chemistry professionals who enjoy applied research in a real-world manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform R&D activities for cosmetic and personal care formulations
- Conduct laboratory experiments, trials, and analytical evaluations
- Research raw materials, actives, and chemical compatibility
- Prepare SOPs, formulation reports, and technical documentation
- Support stability, performance, and quality testing
- Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and internal standards
- Assist in scale-up from lab to pilot and production batches
- Coordinate with QC, production, and packaging teams
- Troubleshoot formulation and process-related challenges
Required Skills:

- Strong chemistry fundamentals and applied R&D knowledge
- Cosmetic or personal care formulation understanding

Qualifications & Experience:
Education

Experience
- 2+ years of experience in chemistry R&D
- Experience in cosmetic, personal care, or oral care manufacturing preferred
