Core Purpose of the Role

Analytical development activities supporting process development.

Role Accountabilities

  • Method development, Method evaluation, and validation of analytical methods.
  • Handling of HPLC, GC, GC-MS, and LC-MS instruments for allotted projects.
  • Handling of the KF instrument for checking the moisture content of raw materials, solvents, and products.
  • Record the observations of experiment/activities, results, utilization of resources, and other analytical activities related to the experiment in LNB or ELNB following guidelines and in a timely manner, and ensure that the same is handled safely and confidentially.
  • Adherence to all good documentation procedures and data integrity policies.
  • Ensure there is no violation of any environment, health, safety, and sustainability (EHSS) requirements at all times in the workplace, ensuring individual and lab/plant safety.
  • Understanding and demonstrating responsibility for the safety of self & colleagues by following all safety protocols provided by Syngene.
  • Adherence to all environment, health, and safety (EHS) policies & standards at all times in the workplace.
  • Wearing all PPE as required.
  • Adherence to all procedures related to Syngene data integrity policies.
  • Compliance with Syngene’s quality standards at all times.
