Key Responsibilities:
- Formulation Development: Design, develop, and optimize new and existing hair color formulations, focusing on performance, aesthetics, and consumer experience.
- Stability Testing: Conduct comprehensive stability studies on formulations to ensure product integrity, efficacy, and shelf-life under various conditions.
- Quality Control Support: Collaborate closely with Quality Control teams to establish and maintain robust quality standards for raw materials and finished products.
- Project Management: Contribute to and manage specific aspects of renovation projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.
- Technical Documentation: Maintain detailed records of experimental procedures, results, and analyses.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Educational Background: A degree in Chemistry, Cosmetics, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or a related scientific field.
- Cosmetic Formulation Expertise: Strong theoretical and practical understanding of cosmetic formulation principles, with a specific focus on hair color science.
- Emulsion Knowledge: Basic to intermediate understanding of emulsions, including their formation, characteristics, and stability mechanisms.
- Analytical Acumen: Ability to analyze formulation data, troubleshoot issues, and propose practical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate technical information clearly and concisely.
- Software Proficiency: Competency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for documentation, presentation, and data analysis.
