Responsibilities

Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards, conducting regular audits and training to maintain a safe work environment. Proactively identify risks and implement corrective actions to ensure full compliance

with safety regulations.

Process Oversight: Supervise wet chemistry processes to prepare silicon wafers for solar cell manufacturing, ensuring efficiency and adherence to production schedules.

Chemical Management: Handle and manage chemicals used in wet chemistry processes, ensuring proper storage, handling, and disposal in compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Process Optimization: Optimize chemical concentrations, temperatures, and immersion times to achieve desired surface properties and cleanliness of silicon wafers.

Quality Control: Conduct inspections to verify the effectiveness of wet-chemistry processes in preparing silicon wafers and to maintain high standards of cleanliness and surface quality.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of chemical usage, process parameters, quality inspections, and safety procedures. Generate reports to track process performance and support continuous improvement efforts.
