Job Description
The candidate has to design and synthesize polypyridine ligand systems to make d-metal-based phosphors with broad applications in sensing and catalysis.
Essential Qualification
- First class MSc in Chemistry with specialization in Inorganic Chemistry and Physics and Mathematics as minor subjects at the BSc level.
- NET/GATE qualification is desirable but not mandatory.
- Experience: The candidate should have experience in Inorganic Photochemistry.
Remuneration: Rs. 37,000/- for NET(JRF) and Rs. 28,000/- per month for others (+8% HRA).
Maximum Age: Age not exceeding 27 years as of the date of interview.
Registration for PhD: Selected candidates may be permitted to register for the PhD program of North-Eastern Hill University, Shillong, subject to fulfilling the requirements of the PhD qualification process as per the institute norms.
