Project Details
- Title of the Project: High-fidelity LES modeling of co-gasification of coal and refuse plastic fuel (RPF) with CO2 injection based multi-dimensional approach

Key Responsibilities: The selected candidate will work on high-fidelity LES modeling and simulations related to the co-gasification of coal and refuse plastic fuel.
Qualifications Required:
- First class ME/M. Tech in Mechanical / Energy / Chemical Engineering.
- Prior experience in turbulent combustion simulation using commercial/in-house codes.
- Experience with programming languages (C/C++/Fortran/Python).
- At least one journal publication from prior work.
- Minimum of 75% marks (or equivalent 7.5 CGPA) from Secondary (X) to Master’s.
- NET/GATE qualification is required; this may be relaxed for CFTI graduates with a CGPA of more than 8.000 (80% aggregate marks).
Compensation: Rs. 37,000 per month plus 30% HRA (For JRF as per DST norms)
