- Location: Mumbai, India

Your Key Responsibilities
- Prioritize and allocate application requests while balancing team workload and delivery deadlines.
- Supervise and guide technicians to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality application samples as per global SOPs.
- Support raw material and lab supply management by generating usage reports and assisting with procurement.
- Act as a backup to the Application Lab Manager when required and support team training initiatives.
- Drive and lead LEAN initiatives, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency.
- Ensure full compliance with QHS&E protocols and maintain a clean, safe, and organized lab environment.

You Bring
- A degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related technical field with experience in application labs or product development.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize workload effectively.
- Knowledge of laboratory best practices, QHSE standards, and digital lab tools.
- A sense of ownership and accountability with the ability to act independently and lead by example.
- Excellent team leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- A continuous improvement mindset with experience in LEAN or efficiency projects.
