About the Role
Chembond Material Technologies is seeking experienced R&D specialists across levels to expand our Sealants and Adhesives division. If you have strong technical expertise in sealant chemistry and a passion for developing innovative solutions for the automotive sector, we would like to hear from you.
These openings are based in Alandi (near Pune, Maharashtra). We also welcome applications from international candidates who are interested in relocating.
What You Will Do
- Lead / Work on the development of sealants and adhesives from concept to commercialization.
- Convert market and customer requirements into clear product specifications and development roadmaps.
- Manage or work with a team of chemists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Execute lab trials, application tests, and performance evaluations.
- Partner with customers or external collaborators for co-development and customization projects.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams—Sales, Marketing, Production, and Quality—to ensure smooth and timely launches.
- Benchmark competitor products and identify opportunities for product enhancement.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Who Should Apply
- Candidates with an advanced chemistry, engineering, polymer chemistry, etc. degree or relevant experience.
- Candidates with deep technical knowledge in sealants/adhesives, NVH, and experience in formulation development.
