Job Summary

We are now seeking a highly motivated and results driven individual to join our Production Team as Trainee Executive. The role is based in Sricity, India (Anchor role). Your Focus
- Ensure accurate compounding of materials following standard procedures and safety requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in production areas, complying with HACCP/GMP standards.
- Operate production equipment (pumps, mixers, fillers) and handle material movement (lifting 25 kg bags, pushing/pulling 200 kg drums).
- Adhere to SAP-based documentation for batch numbers, material numbers, and shop floor records.
How You Will Contribute
- Deliver error-free weighing, blending, and recording of raw materials to ensure product quality.
- Support inventory control and production efficiency through SAP and Excel proficiency.
- Promote teamwork and collaboration while maintaining high sanitation standards.
- Ensure timely production by being flexible for overtime and handling unexpected situations.
- Uphold safety compliance by using PPE and following all regulatory requirements.
What You Will Need to Be Successful
Educational Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Science or Diploma in Chemical Engineering.
Technical Skills:
- SAP knowledge (mandatory for Executive/Senior Executive roles).
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Excel.
Physical Ability:
- Capability to handle heavy materials (25 kg bags, 200 kg drums).
Behavioral Competencies:
- Job Knowledge, Problem Solving, Results Orientation, Teamwork.
Work Attributes:
- Ability to work unsupervised, adapt to change, and manage off-shift responsibilities.
Compliance Awareness:
