Core Purpose of the Role:
Analytical development activities, lead a group of team and assist with technical problem solving on process development.
Role Accountabilities:
- Method development, Method evaluation and validation of analytical methods.
- Handling of HPLC, GC, GC-MS, and LC-MS instruments for allotted projects.
- Must take the lead on the project.
- Lead a group of team and assist with technical problem solving.
- Handling of the KF instrument for checking the moisture content of raw materials, solvents, and products.
- Record the observations of experiment/activities, results, utilisation of resources and other analytical activities related to the experiment in LNB or ELNB following guidelines and in a timely manner and ensure that the same is handled safely and confidentially.
- Adherence to all good documentation procedures and data integrity policies.
- Ensure there is no violation of any environment, health, safety, and sustainability (EHSS) requirements, always in the workplace, ensuring individual and lab/plant safety.
- As an employee of Syngene, one must understand that besides functional deliverables also responsible for ensuring safe operations and adherence to standards of quality and integrity set by Syngene from time to time.
- Understanding and demonstrating responsibility for the safety of self & colleagues by following all safety protocols provided by Syngene.
