Experience

  • Knowledge of Process, Equipment & Quality System.
  • At least 3 – 5 years’ experience in API, preferably cGMP
  • Basic knowledge of Computer System Operation

  • Production Management
  • Execution as per plan.
  • Handling & Troubleshooting of Equipment & Process.

Job Description

  • Responsible for execution of production plan using pre-approved procedures, protocols & manufacturing records to comply with cGMP & EHS norms.
  • Ensuring cleaning of the area & equipment.
  • Escalation of issues/failures to the Superior.
  • Handling DCS Operation & issues escalation in a timely manner.
  • Actively participate in and support the investigation of deviations/OOS/OOT & provide support to production in defining Corrective & Preventive Actions.
  • Actively participate in Audits: Regulatory Inspections/ Internal Audits, etc.
  • Responsible for training new joiners for on-the-job training.
  • Looking after Tank Farm Area: Unloading & Loading of Tanker, along with Planning by involving the Supply Chain Team.
  • Reconciliation of Liquid RM. Creation of Purchase Orders. Batch preparations & closer with required documentations.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP & DCS Systems. RM Requisitions, Raw Material Dispensing.
  • Knowledge of Quality Related Documentation like SOP, BMR, BPR, Validation & Qualification.
