Role Description
As a Production Chemist / Officer, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day API manufacturing activities, operating key production equipment, and ensuring smooth batch execution as per approved procedures. This role involves learning and working within GMP, safety, and regulatory guidelines, making it an excellent starting point for candidates aiming to build strong technical and operational skills in the pharmaceutical industry.
Key Responsibilities
• Operate and monitor reactors, centrifuges, dryers, and other API production equipment
• Execute batch charging, sampling, and in-process checks as per BPR and SOPs
• Ensure strict compliance with GMP, safety, and documentation procedures
• Follow shift schedules, including rotational and night shifts
• Maintain process hygiene, equipment cleanliness, and production area discipline
Eligibility Criteria
• Freshers with 0–1 year of experience
• BSc Chemistry / B.Pharmacy / Any chemistry-related degree
• Strong academic fundamentals in chemistry
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
