About the Role
DSK Innosciences is seeking a highly skilled Senior Research Associate with strong expertise in Organic Chemistry. The ideal candidate will contribute to the design, development, and execution of research projects, supporting the company’s innovation pipeline. This role requires excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced R&D; environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and execute experiments for target molecule development.
• Maintain detailed laboratory records and follow safety protocols.
• Analyse, interpret, and document experimental data using modern analytical tools.
• Troubleshoot reactions and optimize procedures for improved efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members and project leaders to meet research objectives and timelines.
• Present findings, summaries, and progress updates in internal meetings.
Required Qualifications
• MSc in Chemistry / Organic Chemistry.
• Strong academic background in organic reaction mechanisms.
• Hands-on experience with lab techniques, purification methods, and analytical tools (HPLC,
NMR, GC, MS preferred).
