Job Description
Assist in generating process safety data through screening experiments using DSC, ARSST, and Reaction Calorimeter for projects related to Ennore and
other Piramal sites, as required. Support in maintaining process safety activity records and addressing process safety-related queries in coordination with senior team members.Assist in preparing cost estimates for process safety studies in RFPs for the Ennore and Digwal sites. Support in identifying and coordinating necessary process safety studies based on received RFPs in collaboration with cross-functional teams such as R&D, EHS, and Production. Carry out assigned studies, perform data analysis, and assist in preparing reports with conclusions and recommendations for scale-up execution.

Qualifications
- B.E. / B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering from a recognized university.
- 3–5 years of experience in process safety, process engineering, or related laboratory operations.
- A basic understanding of thermal safety studies, such as DSC, ARSST, and Reaction Calorimetry, is an advantage.
- Familiarity with cGMP and safety practices in a laboratory or plant environment is preferred.
- Good analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and follow established procedures accurately.
