Job Description
Wave Analytical Labs LLP, a rapidly growing analytical testing and pharmaceutical service organization, is seeking dedicated professionals to join its Quality Control (QC) and Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL) departments.
The selected candidates will be responsible for performing analytical testing, method development, and validation activities while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and laboratory practices.

Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL) Department

Key Responsibilities
For QC Department
• Perform analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
• Operate and maintain instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV, and FTIR.
• Review and maintain analytical data and reports as per SOPs.
• Ensure adherence to cGMP, GLP, and regulatory guidelines.
• Participate in method validation, calibration, and documentation processes.
For ADL Department
• Conduct method development and method validation for pharmaceuticals.
• Execute stability and impurity profiling studies as per project needs.
• Prepare analytical reports, protocols, and validation documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for technical data interpretation.
• Maintain laboratory instruments and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
Qualifications
• B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry or related field
• B.Pharm / M.Pharm in Pharmaceutical Sciences
• 1 to 5 years of experience in QC or ADL roles within the pharmaceutical or analytical testing industry
Requirements & Skills
• Sound knowledge of analytical techniques (HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR).
• Strong understanding of cGMP / GLP and laboratory documentation.
• Experience with method validation and regulatory audits preferred.
• Attention to detail, teamwork, and effective communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and compliance-driven environment.
