About the Role:

Lasons India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our R&D team at our Maharashtra facility. The role offers an exciting opportunity to work in formulation, process development, and innovation-driven projects within the chemical and pharmaceutical domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in research and development of new formulations and process improvements.
• Conduct experiments, trials, and maintain detailed lab documentation.
• Support in data recording, analysis, and report preparation.
• Collaborate with senior scientists and cross-functional teams to execute R&D activities.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and compliance standards in all lab operations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency.

Qualifications:

• B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or related fields.
• Strong interest in research, formulation, and analytical methods.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work in an R&D lab environment and perform overtime if required.
