Educational Requirements for Assistant Job Role:

Conduct Process R&D, Custom Synthesis, and Kilo Lab Production

Perform Organic Chemical Synthesis and Scale-Up Activities

Characterize products using IR, NMR, HPLC, and Mass Spectroscopy

Manage Product Planning and Scheduling

Execute Process Improvements and Troubleshooting

Handle Pyrophoric & Moisture-Sensitive Reactions at 20L scale

Independently perform reactions in shifts

Conduct Purification using Distillation, Recrystallization, and Chromatography

Participate in Tech Transfer and Pilot Plant Scale-Up

Adhere to Safety Standards in chemical industry operations.
Skills Required:
