The Department of Chemistry at IISER Bhopal invites applications from Indian nationals for a Project-JRF/Research Associate-1 position under a SERB-funded project titled “Optimization of Spin State Switching in Molecules and Molecular Materials.” This JRF vacancy provides an excellent opportunity for early-career researchers to gain hands-on experience in advanced molecular chemistry and is part of the ongoing IISER Bhopal recruitment initiative.
Eligibility Criteria:
- BSc(Hons) and MSc in Chemistry from a recognized University/Institute with minimum 65% marks or CGPA 8.0/10.
- Qualified CSIR-UGC NET(JRF/LS) or a valid GATE score in Chemistry/Chemical Sciences.
- Candidates should be below 28 years old.
- Candidates without NET/GATE may be considered for the Project Associate 1 position.
Salary:
- Project-JRF: ₹37,000/- per month + HRA
- Project Associate 1: ₹25,000/- per month + HRA
Number of Positions: 1
Duration: Three months
